Hatha Yoga is the foundation of all Yoga styles. It incorporates postures and the breath to achieve balance in body and mind. Experience increased flexibility, balance, and strength.
Denise Eve Rhodes discovered the joys and benefits of Hatha Yoga after attending her first Yoga class in 1993. She was deeply moved and inspired by yoga, and shortly afterward began studying under her Teacher, Carol Landrum. Denise received her certification as a Hatha Yoga teacher in 1994.
Denise’s soothing and gentle teaching style is well-suited to teach students of all levels, and her goal is to inspire her students to maintain a peaceful body, mind, and spirit.
